Since 1955, Prospect Animal Hospital has strived to provide the highest quality of patient care and client education to our neighboring cities of Prospect Heights, Mount Prospect, Buffalo Grove and Wheeling, as well as, Arlington Heights. My new staff and I are proud to be able to continue that long lived legacy as of August 5th, 2013. Working with our clients to make sure our patients live healthy happy lives is our goal.  By providing preventative care, diagnostics for early detection of disease processes and communication with our clients, we can give the medical care that your pets deserve.  From pediatrics to geriatrics, we want to be there for you and your pet every step of the way.

Kristina

Kristina is a proud Cyclone, graduating from Iowa State University in 2015 with her BS in Animal Science and pre-veterinary medicine. She is currently enrolled in Penn Foster's Veterinary Technician program. It’s no surprise that she ended up working with animals since she can never remember wanting to do anything else! Even her parents were surprised when as a child she consistently told people she wanted to be a veterinarian when she grew up. Since then, she has worked with animals at shelters, pet stores, and veterinarian offices. Kristina lives in Wheeling with her son, two cats (Zanna and Zookie), dog (Camille), and guinea pigs (Rufus and Simon). Kristina loves to read fantasy novels and spend time outdoors.

Crystal

Crystal has always loved animals. Growing up, her family had many pets such as snakes, iguanas, parrots, cats and dogs. She previously worked in the medical department of a shelter, assisting several veterinarians with severe cases, and giving animals the best medical care they need. She's assisted with many surgeries in shelter Medicine. She's also brought home many hospice animals, giving them the love that they need as they end their journey here on earth.

Crystal spends her free time with her husband and 3 children, as well as her 3 dogs and 4 cats that are very loved. Crystal adopted her pets from shelters and they get along with each other well.
